How it works:

What do you need?

A stainless steel tea strainer with white porcelain DaSilva Teatip and a measuring spoon for 2 grams of loose tea. The simplest way to use it is working with a special tea card. This allows your guests at the table to make a choice and read (and learn) all about our special loose teas. It also saves you an extra walk with a tea box. The tea card can easily be created with the descriptions of the DaSilva Leafs collections. We will gladly assist you there!

In 4 easy steps:

Step 1
After you have received the order at the table you put 1 scoop of ordered tea in the porcelain teatip behind the bar, and you will fill the glass with hot water.

Step 2
You place the porcelain teatip at the tea strainer into the glass and serves the tea to your guest.

Step 3
Now your guest smell and see the tea, before they put the loose tea into the tea strainer to let it infuse.

Step 4
Your guest can decide when the tea is strong enough and pick out the tea strainer from the glass themselves and place it on the white porcelain teatip.

DaSilva Leafs High Tea® plateau

With the DaSilva Leafs High Tea® plateau you can serve loose tea in a special way at a High Tea. Also the DaSilva Leafs High Tea® plateau is very nice to serve loose tea in an original and simple way in your restaurant. The highest quality loose tea in a beautiful concept presented at a competitive price. Obviously, the DaSilva Leafs High Tea® plateau is easy to combine with the DaSilva Leaftray® concept for the catering industry.

How it works:

At the DaSilva Leafs High Tea® plateau space is milled for tea cans with loose tea, a measuring spoon to measure out the loose tea and of course room for a tea card.

In a High Tea, you place the DaSilva Leafs High Tea® plateau on the table (about 1 plateau per 4-6 guests). Your guests can now see and smell the finest loose teas, before they serve it. This unique concept gives your guests a complete journey along the finest types of loose tea, and a fun conversation at the table. Our very high quality loose tea per serving is often cheaper than the loose tea bags of Dutch known tea brand.
